DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT - Kids With Cameras

Week Two Challenges
Group 2

WHY DO WE TAKE PHOTOS?
*to remember
*to show something beautiful
*to make us feel
*to prove you have done something
*to prove something exists
*to amuse - for fun
*to record information
* to make people think
*to freeze and event
*to help us learn

Let's look at our photos from last week and see what we can learn. To view your photos, find your name in the group 2 area (click here).

*turn off the flash, it's too bright!
      - remember how to turn off flash?
* be careful where we put our fingers
      - if we cover the lens with our hand, the camera cannot see, and we cannot take good pictures.
*look at our screen before we take a photo - remember the camera cannot see everything we see.
*stand still/ steady yourself to take a picture. Remember not to move until you hear the     *CLICK*     or your picture will be blurry.
*only take photos on your own camera
      - if someone else takes a photo on your camera, it belongs to them, not you.
*try not to take pictures of other peoples pictures.

Let's take some pictures and learn from our mistakes!!
Don't forget what we learnt last week about Patterns, Lines and the RULE OF THIRDS!
